A company is looking for a Commercial & Corporate Transactions Attorney. Key Responsibilities Support clients on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance Negotiate contracts and manage private equity transactions and IPOs Work with both publicly traded companies and significant privately held businesses on complex legal issues Required Qualifications Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence At least 5 years of corporate/transactional experience within a law firm or corporate legal department J.D. from an accredited law school Outstanding references Experience in an Am Law 200 firm, boutique firm, or in-house corporate legal department preferred
