This role owns workload planning, scope definition, and prioritization, ensuring analysis resources are aligned with program timelines and commitments. The manager acts as the primary interface between analysts, program teams, and leadership, setting expectations and communicating progress and risks. While not performing hands‑on analysis daily, the role requires sufficient technical depth to review work quality, identify gaps, and guide decision‑making. A significant focus is placed on people leadership, developing engineers, improving team workflows, and establishing a strong, accountable team culture within a classified, on‑site environment.
