Operating Room Team Leader (RN) Full-Time Position Raleigh LocationWe are seeking an experienced Operating Room Team Leader (Registered Nurse) to support daily operations in our high-volume orthopaedic ambulatory surgery centers. This role combines hands-on perioperative care with clinical leadership, partnering closely with the OR Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including circulating and scrub duties as neededLead and support OR staff, serving as a clinical resource and role modelAssist with daily staffing, room assignments, case flow, and room turnoverEnsure compliance with aseptic technique, safety standards, and perioperative best practicesPerform surgical time-outs and patient/procedure/site verificationCoordinate patient hand-offs with Pre-op and PACU teamsSupport supply management, sterile processing, implant verification, and specimen handlingMonitor equipment functionality and report/remove faulty equipmentCover OR Manager duties during absences, including after-hours phone responsibilitiesParticipate in quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety initiativesQualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursingActive North Carolina RN license3+ years ambulatory surgery OR experiencePrior OR Charge Nurse or Team Lead experience requiredBSN preferredCNOR preferred; CAPA or CPAN a plusBLS required; ACLS and PALS preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsSchedule:* Four 10-hour rotating shifts per week, scheduled according to OR needsWhat We OfferFull medical, dental, and vision coverage with FSA and HSA optionsRetirement plan with employer contributionsCompany-paid life insurancePaid Time Off programCompensation:* $80,00093,000 per year, commensurate with experience#INDHP
