This is a 100% remote position specifically for candidates residing in Latin America who possess exceptional English communication skills.Position OverviewRole:Collections Specialist / Collections AgentLocation:Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in Latin America)Schedule:Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Weekends Off)Compensation:US$6.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls and manage correspondence with customers regarding overdue accounts.Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining professional rapport.Accurately document all communication and payment updates in our system.Identify and resolve discrepancies that may be delaying payments.Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience:1–2 years of recent experience in debt collections.Language:Advanced/Fluent English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
