Inside Sales Associate

Job Description **FULL TIME, IN-PERSON POSITION**MON-FRI 8:30AM-5:30PM**-----BASE PLUS COMMISSION-----We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our CPAP resupply program. This role is responsible for proactively contacting patients, managing supply orders, and verifying insurance coverage to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of CPAP equipment and supplies.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound and inbound calls to patients regarding CPAP resupply needsVerify and document commercial insurance and Medicare eligibility and benefitsEducate patients on resupply schedules, product options, and compliance requirementsAccurately enter orders and maintain patient records in the systemCoordinate with billing, intake, and clinical teams to ensure smooth order processingFollow up on pending orders, authorizations, and documentation requirementsMeet or exceed daily/weekly sales and service goalsQualifications:Previous inside sales or customer service experience (healthcare or DME preferred)Experience verifying insurance benefits, including Medicare and commercial plansStrong communication and phone skills with a patient-first approachHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computer systems and CRM/EMR platformsKnowledge of CPAP equipment and resupply guidelines is a plusPreferred Skills:Ability to handle objections and close sales in a consultative mannerCompany DescriptionTexas Home Medical, Inc. is an independently owned and operated company dedicated to providing the best home medical and respiratory services available.
