The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Guidewire implementation, configuration, or integration projects and hold a Guidewire Associate Certification (Policy, Claim, or Billing Center).Responsibilities:Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Guidewire Policy Center implementations and enhancements.Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.Support configuration and integration activities across Guidewire applications.Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and ensure alignment with system capabilities.Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution.Provide subject matter expertise on Policy Center and ensure best practices are followed.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Guidewire Policy Center projects (implementation, configuration, or integration).Guidewire Associate Certification (Policy, Claim, or Billing Center) - mandatory.Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain processes.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
