This role focuses on compliance, performance analysis, and operational efficiency while supporting the General Manager in all aspects of store management.What impact you'll make:Guide the crew through day-to-day operations with confidence by supporting all Patient Care Coordinators and Customer Service representatives, as assigned by store leadership based on staffing and business needsTake charge and lead the team with clarity and confidenceHire, onboard, schedule, and coach—you're the one who keeps the team thrivingStep in with constructive feedback or discipline when needed, always with growth in mindBe the mentor newer supervisors look up to—you set the tone for leadershipEnsure every customer interaction is memorable, positive, and consistentHandle high-stakes service issues with poise and help shape how we train the team to do the sameOwn the flow of products—manage orders, track inventory, and ensure every shelf is stocked with intentionDive into sales and inventory data to find the story in the numbersKeep the vault tight, the layout smart, and the product mix optimized for successMonitor transaction accuracy, perform audits, and ensure everything aligns with company and legal protocolsMaintain safes and change funds with precision and professionalismBe the point person during inspections—you’ve got the knowledge and the systems downAnalyze sales trends and help plan promos that move the needleShare feedback and ideas that make our store more effective, more profitable, and more engagingLead training programs that elevate the entire team’s gameDevelop SOPs and resources that set the standardHelp everyone—from new hires to seasoned staff—stay sharp and informedConfidently run the entire store when leadership is outJump into any role needed to keep things moving and the team supportedAdhere to and uphold all security measures and safety policiesSupport the dispensary management team in ensuring company standards, compliance policies and Minnesota state regulations are followedWhat you’ve accomplished:Must have a college degreeExcellent corporate communications skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Must have integrity and be reliable2+ years of retail leadership or management experience. Ability to effectively resolve heightened interactions with patients and staffExcellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT and technical support to correct themHigh-level critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to create and review data metricsMust be comfortable handling high-volume cashMust be able to individually lift up to 50lbsMust be able to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levelMust be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, nights and holidays a minimum 45 hours per week, and additional time as neededWhy Choose Vireo:Life’s too short to work somewhere that doesn’t ignite your passion.
