This includes building new applications,enhancing existing systems, and supporting both client/server and enterprise-level solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance software applications and systems.Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and developsolutions.Review and implement enhancement requests and technical specifications.Customize system software to meet client requirements.Prepare detailed technical specifications and test plans.Develop new programs and create test data for validation.Modify existing applications and perform unit testing.Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation.Conduct quality assurance reviews.Perform post-implementation validation and resolve defects.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Java or Python.Hands-on experience with AWS and Git.5 7 years of experience in software development.Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, andsoftware design.Experience in large-scale system design and development.Strong troubleshooting and unit testing experience across new and legacy systems.Experience in programming, problem diagnosis, and resolution.Preferred SkillsExperience with AI tooling and LLM concepts.Exposure to AWS Bedrock.Experience with Apigee and Terraform.EducationBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.Additional RequirementsMust be local to Owings Mills, MD (no relocation).Must be able to work onsite 2 days per week.
