CNC Milling Machine Operator

Cnc Milling Machine Operator A Strongsville, Ohio area manufacturing firm is seeking to hire an experienced 1st shift CNC Milling Machine Operator who will be responsible for running production CNC mills, performing tool changes, and conducting quality inspections to ensure all finished products meet strict company and industry standards. Responsibilities: Set up and run production CNC milling machines Make precise tool offsets and complete tooling changes Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to maintain quality Maintain the machine in excellent working condition Report any machining, material, or mechanical issues to the CNC Department Lead Keep the designated machine area, floor, workstation clean, organized, free of hazards Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Mills Read, analyze, and interpret company blueprints, documents, and technical setups Make sound decisions on material usage, solve setup/production problems Education: High school diploma or GED Vocational School training on mechanical / electrical principles and troubleshooting Benefits: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with competitive company matching Company Paid Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Tuition reimbursement Paid work shoes, prescription safety glasses Referral Bonus Program Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
