In this role, you will oversee daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional service deliveryliving out our mission to make property damage "Like it never even happened!" As the Restoration Operations Manager, you will manage, support, and motivate the entire Restoration Division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development. All employees are hired and employed by the individual franchise and not by SERVPRO Industries, LLC. Compensation: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
