Training Facilitator

We believe our employees to be our most valuable asset, and we are committed to growing a diverse and inclusive culture that inspires, motivates, and continuously improves.What You'll Do:Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and training sessions on a bi-weekly basisProvide administrative and logistical support for the training unit, including scheduling, communication, and material preparationManage training schedules, rosters, attendance records, and session logistics to ensure a smooth learner experiencePrepare training materials, presentations, participant packets, and facilitator notes for onboarding and learning sessionsMaintain and update training documents, onboarding checklists, learning resources, and participant recordsTrack training completion, collect feedback, and maintain accurate records for onboarding and development activitiesCoordinate training calendars, room reservations, virtual meeting logistics, and related session details for team members and new hiresCommunicate training schedules, session expectations, and follow-up information in a professional and timely mannerProfessionally represent the company and help create a welcoming, organized, and effective onboarding and training experience for employeesWhat We're Looking For:Experience:3+ years of experience in learning and development, onboarding, training facilitation, or a similar role supporting employee learningExperience preparing presentations, training materials, onboarding documents, and related learning resourcesPrior project management experience in construction is desired, but not requiredSkills:Ability to coordinate schedules, training logistics, and multiple moving parts with high attention to detailStrong recordkeeping, follow-through, and communication skills to support onboarding and training processes from start to finishEngaging and comfortable with public speaking and facilitatingExtremely organized and comfortable multi-taskingPositive attitude and excellent interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and tactAbility to anticipate needsDesire to provide quality work in a timely mannerHigh level of confidentialityTechnology:Strong experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to learn specific job-related software upon hire* Additional Requires:* Occasional travel may be required for facilitating training and eventsWhat We Offer:Competitive PayRewarding Bonus ProgramComprehensive Benefits Package with Tax-Advantaged HSA and FSA offeringsEmployer-Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability ProgramsEmployer-Paid Life InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off Provisions401K Retirement Savings Plan with Company MatchTuition ReimbursementFully Paid Parental LeaveVoluntary Products Including: Critical Illness Insurance and Accident InsuranceCorporate Wellness Program with Wellness Time Off and RewardsVisa sponsorship is not available for this position at this time.The Company does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies.
