Our client a leading sports apparel manufacturing and retail company is looking for an Operations Manager in Beaverton, OR.Position title: Operations Manager 5Location: Beaverton, ORDuration: 10 months Schedule: In person M-Th, remote on FridaysIndividual will be building long term line planning solutions and aligning and implementing roadmaps across clothing lines.Required Skills5+ years in Merchandising, Product Management, Corporate Strategy, or Operations line planning and project management (building and implementing strategy)Background with Keynote, Excel, SmartsheetsSeeking strategic thinker with attention to detail, someone that can balance technology and analytics; experience leading cross functional teams, presentingWill work with tech, analytics, ops, design, and product creation teams Preferred:Experience with Mural boards, large project experience in apparelDescriptionThe nature of the work is focused on providing services which help ensure a safe, healthy, and effective or efficient work environment or providing personal amenities to employees. Business Management: participate and contribute to long-term planning and operational decisions in association with departmental and divisional goals; ensure that teams execute advanced operational work in support of department and divisional goals. Develop and prepare departmental annual operating and capital budget and business plan for the Operations Department.
