Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations in St. Louis, MO. This is a full-time, on-site role, where you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, improving customer satisfaction, streamlining processes, and driving financial performance in your assigned district. You will coach and support store managers, lead by example to foster a positive work culture, and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals while maintaining Qdoba's high standards of quality and service. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing multiple locations and guiding teams to achieve performance goalsStrong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and drive profitability, control budgets, and monitor costsStrategic planning and organizational skills for identifying improvement opportunities and implementing operational strategiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with managers, employees, and stakeholdersCommitment to maintaining high hospitality and customer service standardsProven experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably in the restaurant or foodservice industryFlexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle daily challenges with a hands-on approachBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
