We innovate to create new beverages, like our Nature's Twist refreshing lemonade line, and we continuously expand our beverage portfolio to bring you and our customers joy.What We Look for in Team MembersWe integrity, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and communication in all we do and expect from all team members.We'd love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.Bulk CR Role OverviewFully executes all CDA elements, builds and maintains professional relationships with all customers, provides training, as needed, for new hires, and maintains PBV merchandising standards.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesRotates and Merchandises product on gondolas, racks, coolers and displays.Performs one-on-one selling with store owner/manager, including retail negotiating.Cleans and maintains shelves, gondola, coolers, and back room space.Performs proper product ordering to ensure zero out-of-stocks.Creates and utilizes point of sale signage.Executes all CDA elements.Communicates issues with Pre-Sell Manager and Key Account Manager.Follows company rules and regulations.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Valid Driver's License. One (1) year of experience in route sales preferred. Positive attitude and must be detail-oriented. Perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Good oral and written communication skills. Work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills. Work in a team environment. Meet PBV driving qualifications.
