About the Role Are you a warm, professional nanny who loves play‑based, child‑led care? The Elite Baby Co. is recruiting a part‑time caregiver for a thoughtful family with a 20‑month‑old toddler in Escondido. You’ll nurture the child while one parent works from home, ensuring a calm, supportive environment that encourages curiosity and emotional development. Key Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care for one toddler Plan and engage in age‑appropriate, play‑based activities Support emotional regulation and developmental milestones Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks for the child Follow the child’s daily rhythm for play, meals, and rest Keep play areas tidy and organized Communicate clearly and professionally with parents Qualifications 3+ years of professional nanny experience CPR & First Aid certified TrustLine registered (or willing to become) Authorized to work in the U.S.; fluent in English Willing to be paid legally on a W‑2 through payroll 3–5 professional childcare references and 3–5 letters of recommendation Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain a clean driving record (if applicable) Reliable, punctual, and committed to professional communication Comfortable working within clearly defined role expectations and boundaries Comfortable with a friendly dog in the home About The Elite Baby Co.
