COMING AUGUST 2026 - Canton Rodeo is opening its first location in Paramus, NJ, and we're building our founding team. Canton Rodeo brings Hong Kong BBQ to the neighborhood in a fast, warm, craft-first format.The Expeditor is the air traffic controller of the restaurant. You bridge kitchen and guest, assembling and quality-checking every order before it goes out.What you'll do:- Assemble and quality-check every order for accuracy and speed- Communicate clearly between back and front of house- Keep the pass organized, clean, and moving- Anticipate rushes and keep the line flowing- Own the standard for what leaves the kitchenWhat we're looking for: a reliable, team-first person with a sense of urgency and pride in doing things right.
