Job Summary An organization is seeking an Electrical Engineer specializing in Radio Frequency (RF) and spectrum to support the design and development of advanced communication systems. This role focuses on RF engineering, spectrum management, and wireless network analysis, contributing to next-generation communication technologies.What You Can Expect to Do: Apply RF engineering principles to analyze system performanceSupport spectrum management, satellite registration, and RF network designConduct modeling and simulations for wireless communication systemsUtilize communication theory, link budgets, and electromagnetic principlesDevelop and use software tools for co-frequency sharing analysisSupport algorithm development, validation, and documentationRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Aerospace, Physics)3+ years of experience in RF engineering or related fieldsActive Secret security clearanceExperience with RF design, antennas, wireless communications, and signal processingFamiliarity with regulatory bodies and processes (e.g., FCC, ITU, NTIA)Strong skills in RF network performance analysis and optimizationAbility to work collaboratively in mission-driven environmentsPreferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills in probability, statistics, and linear algebraExperience with programming/tools such as MATLAB, STK, Visualyse, C++, or PythonExperience in systems analysis, design, integration, and implementationKnowledge of spectrum-sharing algorithms and validation techniques
