Multi-Outlet Restaurant Assistant Manager (Hiring Immediately)

Delaware North Gaming is searching for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily operations for the lobby restaurant/bar, Tara House Grill, and banquet events, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to sanitation standards. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and leading team members, managing cost and operational reporting, maintaining equipment and inventory, and delivering a positive guest and team experience across all food and beverage outlets.In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
