People & Culture Coordinator I
Duration: 6 Months ContractJob Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role•Handle routine inquiries related to P&C policies, procedures, and benefits.•Provide administrative support across core P&C processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.•Manage calendars including but not limited to scheduling meetings, securing meeting rooms, coordinating drive-on passes, ordering catering items, etc.•Coordinate and arrange travel and hotel accommodation, and complete travel and expense reports as needed.•Assist in the coordination of P&C initiatives (compensation planning, promotions, annual rewards, etc.) to ensure alignment with business objectives.•Update and maintain P&C related reports such as org charts and employee rosters.•Responsible for the coordination and approval of intern and temp requests.•Handle all personnel data transactions in partnership with the Workforce Administration team.•Research and prepare HR data as needed.•Provide support with ad-hoc requests.•Uphold confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of P&C work.•Handle special projects as assigned.•Management has the right to add or change duties and job requirements at any time.•Consistent collaboration with team.Must Have Skills / Requirements1)Critical Thinkinga.Ability to take initiative and demonstrate resourcefulness.2)Experience in communicating with stakeholders and with internal teamsa.Ability to communicate confidently and calmly.3)Ability to comfortably navigate M365 softwarea.Excel (Formulas, Data Manipulation), Word, PowerPointNice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements1)1-2 years of experience with HR data & analytics, project management, and / or HR information systems (i.e. Workday) in a related field is preferred2)Passionate about media and entertainment (specifically DC, Harry Potter, and Looney Tunes)3)Visio experienceSoft Skills:1)Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels2)Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions3)Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality4)Must be able to work independently and as part of a team5)Must be able to organize, prioritize, and schedule work effectively6)Must be able to work well under time constraints7)Must be committed to quality service and client satisfaction (customer service oriented)8)Must demonstrate initiative, cooperation, and resourcefulness9)Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills10)Experience in working with a culturally diverse workforce11)Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices preferred12)Solid analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills13)Ability to drive projects from inception to completion14)Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities15)Must have the legal right to work in the USTechnology Requirements:1)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio*) required2)Workday experienceEducation / Certifications1)BA degree requiredAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
