Strategic Account Executive
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $208,000 - $312,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Deliver tailored data center infrastructure solutions (power, cooling, and white space) that enable scalable, resilient, and sustainable operations. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer business objectives with Schneider Electric’s global capabilities to achieve long-term partnership and revenue expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned to customer business goals and infrastructure roadmapsDefine and monetize account strategies leveraging Schneider Electric’s full portfolio to support customer outcomesBuild and maintain strong C-level relationships across engineering, procurement, and operationsServe as the primary global point of contact, ensuring consistent engagement and customer satisfactionLead and coordinate a global cross-functional team (Account Managers, V2s, Project Managers) to drive a unified “One Schneider” strategyOwn governance cadence including executive business reviews, account planning, and strategic sessionsDeliver profitable growth by expanding share of wallet across all solution domainsAlign and influence internal stakeholders to ensure optimal support and executionDevelop annual revenue plans by product line, region, and country; ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline managementLead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and SLA alignmentDrive cross-functional execution across legal, finance, and delivery teamsNavigate complex global deployments across multiple geographies and business unitsMonitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developmentsProvide customer insights to influence Solutions, R&D, and innovation roadmaps Qualifications & Experience10+ years of experience in strategic account management and complex solution sellingStrong knowledge of data center technologies: power systems, cooling, white space design, and sustainability practicesProven ability to grow key accounts and drive business development in mission-critical environmentsExperience leading and influencing global, matrixed teamsExceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skillsStrong business and digital acumen with awareness of evolving data center technologiesAnalytical, structured, and highly organized with the ability to manage complexityCollaborative, inclusive leader with a team-oriented and coaching mindsetDiversity & InclusionSchneider Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
