Thisisa pivotalrole:youwillnotonlymanageexistingaccountsbutalsoactivelyprospect new clients in Germany, astrategicgrowthmarketforGloballConcept.Youwillworkcloselywithourcreativestudio andprojectmanagers to deliver outstanding decoration experiences for our clients.The positionis home-based(Belgiumor Germany) and reportsdirectlyto the Head of Sales. Itoffersa highlevelofautonomyandrequiresstrongdiscipline and a proactivemindset.KeyResponsibilities Developthe Germanmarketbyidentifying,prospecting, andacquiringnew clients (shoppingmalls, largeretaildestinations, andleisureparks)withinyourassignedterritory.Understandclientneedsand translatethemintoclearinternalbriefs toco-create tailored project proposals.Respondto clientrequestswithhigh-quality, compelling proposals and deliver impactful sales presentations.Buildandmaintainstrong, long-termrelationshipswithclients.Manageprojectsend-to-end,fromtender phase to final installation.Ensurehighlevelsofcustomersatisfactionthroughoperationalexcellence andclear, proactive communication.Actas the single point of contact for clients andcoordinatesmoothlywithinternalteams (Creative Studio, Project Management,Purchasing).Contributetocontinuousimprovementofprocesses,waysofworking, anddecision-making frameworks.Monitormarkettrends,competitors, andemergingopportunitiestostayaheadin theindustry.Manage long andcomplexsales cycles,requiringanticipation and strategic planning months in advance.During peak season (November–December), handle increased workload, including client interactions, site visits, and flexible working hours to ensure successful project delivery.Workremotelywhiletravelingregularlytomeetclients andoverseeprojects.YourProfile Experience: 3–5yearsin sales oraccountmanagement,ideallyinproject-based environments. Experience in retail property, shopping malls, or large-scale retail environmentsisa plus.Languages: Fluent in German and Englishisessential.
