Customer Success Associate Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Managed Services. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a joint success plan to meet customer needs Develop competitive strategies that align with client goals and manage end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field 5+ years of professional work experience, including 3+ years in media and advertising engagement Experience managing eCommerce marketing budgets, particularly on platforms like Amazon and Walmart Proficiency in bid and budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning Project management experience with a track record of retaining enterprise customers in the SaaS space
