This opportunity is ideal for a motivated lateral associate looking to work as part of a dynamic litigation team handling sophisticated and high-profile disputes for nationally recognized clients.Associates will work on a broad range of complex litigation matters, including products liability, class actions, commercial litigation, premises liability, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and multi-district litigation. The practice regularly represents leading medical device, consumer product, industrial, and automotive manufacturers in significant state and federal court matters, including cases that have proceeded to trial and defense verdicts.About the Firm:The firm is widely recognized for its national litigation platform, collaborative culture, and commitment to client service.
