Commercial Roofer

We are seeking experienced, hard-working Commercial Roofers and Laborers to join our team! This role involves frequent travel to job sites across Texas and various states, working on various commercial roofing projects including but not limited to flat, metal, and membrane roofs. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the removal, repair, and installation of commercial roofing systemsLoad/unload materials and maintain clean job sitesOperate hand tools and roofing equipment safelyFollow company safety protocols and OSHA regulationsTravel to various job sites, often staying overnight (company-paid accommodations and per diem provided)Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to quality standardsRequirements:Prior roofing or construction experience preferred (but willing to train motivated individuals)Comfortable with heights and outdoor work in all weather conditionsAbility to lift 50+ lbs, bend, climb, and stand for extended periodsValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be willing and able to travel for extended periodsStrong work ethic and positive attitudeMust pass background checkBenefits:Competitive hourly wage based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesTravel per diem and company-paid lodgingHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Advancement opportunities and training provided
