Software Engineer (Salesforce Developer)
The Role:11:11 Systems is looking for a Software Engineer to develop, implement, configure, customize, maintain administer, and support the Salesforce CRM and CPQ applications and tool sets. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, detail oriented, capable of understanding a diverse set of business processes and requirements, and knowledgeable of the systems and data flows. This is a remote position. This role will report to the Manager, Enterprise Applications.What You’ll Do:Implement Force.com solutions that adhere to platform best practicesDesign, configure, and administration of Salesforce application including but not limited to, Apex code and supporting test classes, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, and Visual Force PagesWork with System Analyst/Architects to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements into customized solutions using the Force.com platformDevelop applications on the Salesforce CRM and CPQ platform that enable our business users to succeedAssist and support the implementation of Applications that are connected to or interact with Salesforce such as Channel Partner Applications, Marketing Applications, Sales Applications, Single Sign On Connections, Identity Provider setups, and web service calls. Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development effortsParticipate in code reviews to ensure development standards and best practices are followedAssist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for developmentPost-delivery - assists in supporting the live application by troubleshooting bugs and implementing bug fixesAssist with SFDC Sandbox refreshes for several environmentsPrototype solutions for review and high-level testing. Assist with unit testing and developing test case scenarios. Work closely with the support team in managing escalations and providing timely and quality production support to our business usersOn call or extended after-hour support may be requiredWork supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company ValuesResponsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policiesReview and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgementsAdditional duties as assignedWho You Are & What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study, or equivalent work experience3 to 5 years of experience in configuring, developing and customizing solutions within the Salesforce application in an enterprise environmentExperience in developing Apex, Java, JSP, and JavaScript codeExperience building dashboards and reportsProficient in standard SFDC processes and tools, installing and managing AppExchange applications, workflows, SQL, and data migration / change setsExperience with Scrum methodology and Agile practicesSalesforce Certified Administrator / Developer, highly desirableStrong time management, and problem-solving skillsStrong Written and Verbal Communication, documentation, and organization skillsPositive outlook, can-do attitude and able to work using their own initiativeMust be legally eligible to work in assigned region without visa sponsorshipTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
