This position will be responsible for directing the activities of the Warehouse: Raw Materials and Finished Goods in an efficient manner for the desired quality and quantity of work and promote safety at all levels. Primary responsibilities include:Maintains a safe work environment, improve safety systems and eliminate the causes of accidents, and hold everyone accountable for their role in safetyFollows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations/guidelinesAssigns daily workload and special projectsDevelops and maintains a professional relationship with all team members through adherence to policies, performance evaluations, and trainingSupervises the activities of the Finished Goods and/or Raw Material team membersStimulates the maximum efficiency and productivity of:Shuttling activitiesShipping activitiesFinished goods storageReceiving activitiesMaterial issues to productionRaw material storageParcel receiving.Responsible for non-exempt performance appraisalsAssists in time and attendance record keepingApproves non-exempt vacation and plans for coverage as neededMaintains and adheres good housekeeping practicesAssists in required training for finished goods and raw materials personnelMaintenance of warehouse buildings and operational equipmentObserves and enforces all operational policies and proceduresThe ideal candidate should possess the following:Bachelor’s degree in a management field or equivalent years of experience.Three to five years’ experience in a leadership position three subordinates.Advanced knowledge of Warehouse operationsAdvanced oral and written communication skills.Ability to interact with other department managers.Standard knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office programs.What We Offer YouWe believe that by continuously improving the quality of our benefits, we can help to raise the quality of life for our team members and their families.
