Private Chef

We're looking for enthusiastic private chefs in the Mountain View area who want to join a dynamic team in cooking healthy meals on a weekly basis. This is an opportunity where you cook batches of your favorite meals in order to satisfy pre-orders. The cooking location can be pre-arranged being at a client's home or even from your own home, as long as all permits and licenses are obtained prior to onboarding (our team can assist with this). We also work with cloud kitchens across the city to facilitate various cooking arrangements. Responsibilities: Cook delicious meals from a kitchen of your choice on a pre-agreed upon date and time to satisfy a number of pre-orders. Be able to come up with a weekly menu of healthy meals for clients. Represent your food business with the utmost professionalism. Work to create a memorable experience for all clientele. Accommodate special nutrition and diet needs when needed. Qualifications: Previous experience in primarily cooking, catering or culinary arts. Ability to create and modify weekly menus depending on demand. Ability to cost estimate dishes. Must comply with local food safety permitting requirements. Passion for cuisine and cooking techniques. Self-motivated and efficient. Customer-centered and personable.
