Business Development Manager - Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services

Job Description Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven, results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to generate new business for our Managed IT and Cybersecurity services. This is a true hunter role focused on building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and closing solution-based technology agreements. If you thrive on prospecting, developing territory, and closing recurring revenue deals, this role offers strong earning potential and growth opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new business opportunities within assigned territoryConduct in-person and virtual discovery meetings to assess client IT and cybersecurity needsPresent managed IT services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity offeringsManage the full sales cycle from initial contact through signed agreementBuild long-term client relationships and drive recurring revenue growthMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRMAttend networking events and represent the company in the local business communityQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of outside B2B sales experienceExperience selling MSP, IT services, SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions strongly preferredDemonstrated success in prospecting and closing solution-based salesStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage a territory independentlyValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary + commissionVehicle allowanceBenefits packagePaid time offGrowth opportunity within a rapidly expanding IT services company Company DescriptionWe are a fast growing MSP (Managed Service Provider) focused on Customer service and a friendly customer experience.
