Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN)

GI Alliance is seeking an experienced LPN.Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Position purposeResponsible for providing medical assistance to practice physicians and patients.Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Room patientsTake patient vitals, record vitals and medical information in EMRAssist physicians as neededWrite prescriptions, as directed by physiciansPhone triage, as neededClean patient exam rooms and prepare for next patientPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation: Associates degree in nursing. Active and valid LVN license.Experience: 2-5 years of prior LVN experience is preferred. Prior GI or Internal Medicine experience is a plus.Additional Qualifications: N/APerformance Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient technical (computer) skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Self-motivated with initiative.Strong sense of ethics.Patient-minded focusTeam playerGI Alliance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
