SUMMARY: Retail Marketing Specialist responsible for the promotion, placement, training and sell through of Marcolin Brands. Servicing Department stores in assigned territory.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Department Managers and Department Sales Associates.Ability to independently scheduling store visits within assigned territoryTraining store personal creating awareness of Marcolin products on a ongoing basisMaintaining strong level of professionalism while representing Marcolin standardsEnsuring Marcolin product secures prime placement while maintaining Marcolin standardsSelling Marcolin product to accounts sales staff and account customersProvide professional customer service to store staff and store customerMaintaining knowledge of Marcolin product, advertising and promotions to effectively increase sell throughCreate product promotion through store selling eventsReporting to National Retail Merchandising ManagerSkills/ Competencies:Professional customer service skills with strong selling and training abilityAbility to work with PC applications and digital photographySelf-motivatedDepartment Store or Specialty store experience a plusReliable means of transportationEducation and Qualifications:BA/BS Degree Preferred but not required
