Returns Processor/Customer Service Associate

Job Description Position Overview:We are looking for a full time Returns Processor/Customer Service Associate located in our Beaverton, OR warehouse (soon to be Sherwood, OR). This position is responsible for customer returns, communicating with sales channels and following up to ensure final resolution. We will also be opening up a showroom so you will be assisting customers with orders and/or shopping in store.Work hours are 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.This individual must be skilled in accuracy, organization, and obtain strong math skill.Job Description:Process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelinesCount, and input item label information into a computerized systemProcess product through the inventory tracking systemCommunicate with Amazon or customers regarding their returnsProvide basic support to operations and customer service teamsExcellent CUSTOMER SERVICE skills.Qualifications Required:Legally authorized to work in the U.S.Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills and customer serviceBasic computer and internet skills: email and Microsoft office suite.Detail oriented and efficient at multitaskingHours: 40 per weekJob Type: Full-timePay: Starting at $17.00 per hour Company DescriptionLinenTablecloth.com was founded in 2005 as a modest e-commerce retailer of tablecloths and chair covers.
