Our team operates as equals—no egos, just energetic, driven people solving hard problems together.The RoleWe're seeking an exceptional Lead Frontend Engineer to join our team and drive the development of sophisticated, interactive, high-performance web applications. In this role, you'll lead frontend architecture decisions and build out 3D and 2D modeling interfaces, in addition to bespoke AI model training capabilities built into the user experience.What You'll DoLead the design and development of complex frontend applications and featuresDrive technical strategy and make key decisions on frontend architecture and toolingCollaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiencesChampion best practices in testing, CI/CD, and deployment workflowsStay current with emerging frontend technologies and advocate for continuous improvementRequired QualificationsDeep and broad experience in frontend design and developmentExtensive experience with Angular or React and NgRx or Redux for state managementProven track record developing scalable, high-performance web applicationsExperience with RESTful APIs and modern backend integration patternsLocal to the Twin Cities Metro areaTHIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IFYou are unusually obsessed with hard problems.
