From retail and healthcare properties to financial restructuring and growth-based real estate strategies, RealSource provides tailored solutions for its clients' commercial real estate needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role on the Tenant Representation team, as a Southeast Real Estate Manager/Director, to be located in the southeast region (remote work), assigned to the Fitness International (aka LA Fitness) account. This role involves managing local broker relations, new site selection and production, LOI negotiations and contract executions throughout the southeast. The current objective is to add 500 new Club Studio locations in the next 5 years. The Manager/Director will be the only internal dealmaker in the SE, solely responsible for meeting business objectives in the SE region. RealSource has a highly refined process designed to manufacture deals at a high rate of speed, while maximizing effectiveness and efficiency throughout the process.QualificationsPast experience with other expanding retailersMarket knowledge of NC, SC, GA, FL, KY, TE Strong local broker relationsStrong knowledge and understanding of LOI and leasesExpertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate industryExcellent negotiation, organizational, communication, and production skillsAbility to work collaboratively within an a team environment4 year college graduate
