The entire process at Crosby is overseen by elite in-house lawyers ensuring quality and efficiency.After a $20 million series A funding round and methodical growth in attorney headcount, we are seeking our first Recruiting Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to help build an early stage company with excellent product market fit, at a key inflection point. You'll have a significant impact in taking us to the next level.The core of this important job is:Working with both Legal and Technical recruiters to fortify our recruitment function from top to bottom. You will have a key role in establishing and carrying out the administrative duties that make a recruiting team run. Scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing various calendars, greeting candidates as they arrive for onsite interviews.Maintaining and updating our internal recruiter CRM.The requirements are:Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator supporting a Legal or Engineering team.Excellent client facing/candidate facing demeanor. A great ambassador for the client brand that helps build relationships. You should have a genuine interest in the underlying business and in helping people to find the right fit.Experience in a high volume, busy environment. Technical expertise with digital calendars, video calls, CRM's, spreadsheets and emails. This is a high volume, high touch situation that will require a lot of activity.
