Ellē, in the former Heller’s Bakery space, offers casual full service during the day, serving specialty coffee and rotating baked goods, sandwiches, breads, and pastries. At night, we turn into a full service neighborhood restaurant and bar with exceptional and eclectic dishes, wine, cocktails and desserts. Our wholesale bakery, Paisley Fig, also shares the Ellē space. The Ellē GM is someone with proven leadership experience in restaurants who can integrate the varying operations and unify our intensely talented team to accomplish our collective goals. Responsibilities include ensuring that: all processes, policies, systems and quality standards are consistently and correctly executed; the best people are hired, well trained and managed with compassion and consistency; the facility and all equipment are properly maintained to ensure a smooth, clean and safe operating environment; financial goals are exceeded; and, our neighborhood and dining community are well served. The Ellē GM will work closely with the owners and the chef to continually improve our service, fare, and financials. Must be an excellent communicator who is sincere and humble in their desire to serve others yet strong and confident in decision making, with the proper temperament and wisdom to find that proper balance between the two.
