Job Role: Subrogation ParalegalLocation: Dallas, TX (Onsite)Salary: $68, 000 - $80, 000 per year + benefitsDescription:Growing law firm is seeking a Subrogation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience for their Dallas TX office – Subrogation background preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Must be proficient in Word and Outlook. JOB REQUIREMENTSAssisting with Plaintiff litigation related mattersReview, organize, and summarize reports and other case materialsDraft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, other legal documentsConduct legal research and investigations as neededAssist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trialPrepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trialProvide assistance at trialExperience and knowledge of the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings.Prepare demand packagesFact Investigation & general claim pursuit A great working environment with a comprehensive benefits package.
