Compensation & Benefits Pay: $21.00 – $31.00 per hour Bonus Structure: Potential for $10,000 to $20,000 in commissions. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Rockstar Sourcing & Screening: Research hiring trends, manage logistics, and interview candidates to find the perfect fit for our team. Onboarding: Maintain recruitment databases, handle paperwork, and guide new hires and students through the orientation/licensing process. Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring every applicant feels welcomed and informed. Marketing Maven Content Creation: Craft compelling advertisements, design graphics, and manage all social media platforms. Digital Presence: Manage the company’s online reputation and keep our website thriving. Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and AdWords to track performance and optimize our outreach strategy. Qualifications & Skills Education: BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in both marketing and recruitment; familiarity with hiring software and social media management. Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with a creative flair for problem-solving. Communication: Highly organized with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. License/Background: Valid MA or RI Driver’s License and a clean background check (CORI). Bonus Points: Already hold a CDL Class B (with School Bus and Passenger Endorsements) or a 7D/PTV certificate. Don’t have them? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidate.
