KYC Product Owner

Job DescriptionRole SummaryWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Owner to lead the roadmap and delivery of KYC (Know Your Customer) and Fraud capabilities across our digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep domain knowledge in KYC/AML, sanctions, identity verification, and fraud prevention with strong Agile product management skills. You will own the backlog, drive prioritization, and articulate clear, testable user stories in Jira, while maintaining product documentation and decision logs in Confluence. You’ll partner closely with compliance, risk, data science, engineering, and operations to deliver compliant, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Backlog Ownership Delivery & Agile Leadership Stakeholder Management Data & Model Governance Operations & Continuous ImprovementCore RequirementsExperience 5–10+ years in product management/ownership within banking, fintech, or financial services, with 3+ years in KYC/AML and/or Fraud domains. Hands-on experience with Jira (advanced backlog management, dashboards, workflows) and Confluence (structured documentation, templates). Proven delivery of KYC onboarding, sanctions screening, and fraud capabilities (e.g., identity proofing, device intelligence, velocity checks, transaction risk scoring, behavioral biometrics). Domain Expertise Technical & Data Soft Skills Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). Preferred: CSPO/PSPO, SAFe POPM, ACAMS, CFE, CAMS-FCI, or similar.Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per yearQualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
