A leading law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join its growing team. This role will support attorneys in providing sophisticated estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals and families. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced professional environment.Onsite scheduleMust have at least 3 years of recent estate planning experienceResponsibilitiesPrepare and draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directivesAssist with trust funding and asset transfer documentationCoordinate document signings and notarizations with clientsCommunicate professionally with clients regarding case status and document collectionMaintain and organize client files, records, and estate planning bindersSupport attorneys with probate and trust administration matters as neededManage deadlines and ensure accuracy and compliance with firm proceduresQualificationsMinimum of 3+ years of estate planning paralegal experience, preferably supporting high-net-worth clientsParalegal certificate requiredActive Notary Bachelor’s degree preferredStrong knowledge of estate planning terminology and legal documentation
