Construction Superintendent

Supervise one or more foremen and their crews, performing grading, utilities, traffic control, etc. Teach and hold your teams accountable for performance and safety. Background Profile This position requires 5+ years of experience supervising multiple crews on grading projects and related machinery tasks for mass earthwork, underground utilities, site work, road, and highway construction. Proven experience in supervising projects from cradle to grave. Experience in managing self-perform forces in mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and concrete structures Exposure to DOT or Heavy Civil Construction Management is a plus!
