We are expanding our U.S. presence and seeking experienced, motivated Freight Agents who can bring shippers, loads, or freight opportunities. This role is complete for candidates with an active book of business with shippers and working only from USA.This is a fully commission-based role with no base salary. Unlimited income potential—your earnings grow as your book of business grows.We provide operational support, competitive carrier pricing, professional dispatching, invoicing, compliance assistance, and fast commission payouts.Responsibilities:Prospect, contact, and onboard new shippers across the U.S.Secure freight opportunities, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, LTL, and specialized loads.Build and manage your book of business with consistent follow-ups and customer retention.Communicate daily with shippers, operations teams, and carriers to ensure smooth load execution.Negotiate rates with customers and maintain profitability.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, load details, and follow-ups.Represent Logi Serve professionally in all communications.Compensation:100% commission-based.Up to 70% split based on customer/volume—no earnings limit.Weekly payout once loads are delivered and invoices are cleared.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or shipper acquisition (minimum 1 year preferred).Existing shipper relationships and a book of business is completely required.Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.Ability to work independently and drive results.Knowledge of lanes, rates, carrier types, and U.S. logistics market.Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation.Reliable phone, laptop, and internet (remote role).Why Join Logiserve?Work from anywhere in the USA.Competitive commission structure.Fast support from an experienced operations team.Access to a wide carrier network and competitive rates.Freedom to build your own portfolio with no micromanagement.How to Apply:Apply with your resume.
