Ios Developer (contract)
Design, develop, test, and deploy iOS applications for iPhone and iPad.Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams.Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Apple development standards.Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services.Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects.Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.Ensure compliance with App Store guidelines and security best practices.Maintain and enhance existing applications.Stay updated with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies.Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS SDK.Experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI for building modern user interfaces.Knowledge of iOS architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.Experience with Xcode, Interface Builder, and the Apple development ecosystem.Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.Experience with local data persistence technologies such as Core Data, SQLite, or Realm.Familiarity with asynchronous programming using Grand Central Dispatch (GCD), Combine, or Swift Concurrency (async/await).Experience implementing unit testing and UI testing using XCTest and related frameworks.Knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and mobile accessibility best practices.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated mobile application deployment.Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, crash reporting, and analytics tools.Understanding of mobile application security, secure data storage, and authentication mechanisms.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $43.60/hour - $68.13/hour.
