JD: Salesforce technical architect - Consumer goods cloud · Conduct health checks and org assessments to provide recommendations on design, scalability, and performance.· Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on sales, service, Retail Execution, order management, contract management, and CG Cloud functionality.· Drive architectural governance and best practices· Perform POCs, build complex Apex/LWC solutions, and manage integration with external systems.· Collaborate with business stakeholders to map requirements to Salesforce functionality.· 10+ years of CRM experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.· Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect is highly desirable.· Proficiency in data modeling, governance limits and process reengineering.
