Workday Developer (W2)

Job Title:  Workday Developer - People Technology AnalystLocation:  100% RemoteDuration: Long Term ContractJob Description: The People Technology Analyst contractor designs and implements elegant solutions that bring efficiency and scale to our global organization. This role implements all phases of a HR Technology project, partners with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of business process requirements, leverages best practices to design, configure, and test solutions, runs end-user training sessions, and provides post-implementation support. Responsibilities:-Triage, diagnose, and resolve functional issues originating from users and business process events-Create and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools-Maintain data integrity and compliance in systems by running queries and analyzing data-Develop user guides-Training users on new processes/functionality-Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of vendor releases-Provide pre and post-launch user support, testing, change management, and training-Develop and enhance software knowledge through training, independent research, and experimentation to become an SME-Assist with business requirement gathering, business process review, testing, training, and documentation development Preferred Skills and Qualification:- Policy Knowledge: moderate HR policy and process knowledge- Workday HCM configuration- WD Advanced Compensation configuration-Workday Report configuration-Workday HCM EIB creation and upload-Communication: ability to explain to the business users how the software works-Analysis: ability to analyze HR's processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement-Attention to detail: ability to achieve accuracy when completing a task-Autonomy: ability to work independently on medium complexity assignments Experience:-Minimum of 2 years configuring Workday-Demonstrated Workday HCM configuration experience-Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, defining functional specifications, quality assurance & user acceptance testingRequirements:- Workday HCM configuration- WD Advanced Compensation configuration-Workday Report configuration-Workday HCM EIB creation and upload
