Obstetrics & Gynecology Nurse Practitioner (OBGYN)| $121K–$186K + Full Benefits | 32 Hrs/Week

A leading multi-specialty medical group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join its OB/GYN team in Salem, OR. This is a part-time, 32-hour per week position (4 days/week) with a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. The NP will provide direct patient care in both obstetrics and gynecology, supporting preventive health, acute care, and chronic condition management for women’s health patients. Key Responsibilities Provide direct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Perform histories, physicals, and order/interpret diagnostic studies. Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals as needed. Deliver health maintenance and preventive services, including patient education. Document all care accurately in the EMR in line with medical/legal standards. Practice according to state licensing guidelines, group protocols, and accepted professional standards. Requirements Active Oregon APRN license. Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, WHNP, or relevant specialty). 1–3 years of NP experience preferred. OB/GYN clinical experience strongly preferred. Strong communication and patient education skills.
