Sr Information Security Analyst
Overview
As a Senior Information Security Analyst, you lead security investigations, incident response, and threat hunting within the Cyber Defense team. You will operate across endpoint, identity, email, cloud, and data security to contain and remediate threats, mentoring others and maturing key security capabilities. Your work will support enterprise protection, detection improvements, and proactive risk reduction. This role offers meaningful impact on Perrigo’s security posture and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end investigations, containment, remediation, and post-incident reviews across multiple environmentsInvestigate suspicious activity using SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, and email security telemetryDevelop incident timelines, determine root cause, and communicate risk to technical and leadership stakeholdersPerform proactive threat hunting and improve detection/response coverageMentor analysts and serve as escalation point for complex investigationsDevelop and tune detections and correlation logic in SIEM/EDR platformsSupport security orchestration, automation, and playbooks for investigations and containmentIdentify automatable SOC processes to streamline operationsInvestigate endpoint threats using CrowdStrike Falcon or comparable EDR/XDRAnalyze identity-based attacks involving AD, Entra ID, authentication, privileged accounts, OAuth, and session/token abuseMonitor Microsoft 365 and cloud security events with engineering/infrastructure for containmentUse threat intelligence/IOCs to scope incidents and hunt related activitySupport and improve enterprise DLP and data security monitoring across endpoints, email, cloud, and collaboration platformsTune DLP policies to improve detection while reducing business impactCollaborate with security, privacy, legal, and business stakeholders during sensitive-data investigationsIdentify gaps from incidents/threat hunting and recommend practical improvementsDevelop and maintain investigation procedures, response playbooks, and documentationCollaborate with Security Engineering, IAM, Network, Cloud, and other teams to strengthen controlsTake ownership of Cyber Defense technologies or operational capabilities and drive maturity
