It operates 350+ stores and robust online platforms, combining in-store and digital experiences.About the Role We’re looking for a backend-focused Software Engineer (70% Backend / 30% Frontend) to join a high-impact team. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and maintain scalable systems that power seamless digital customer experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions while continuously improving engineering practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain backend services (REST APIs, event-driven systems, databases, cloud infrastructure)Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and partner teams in an agile environmentWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practicesContribute to system design and technical decision‑makingSupport and enhance full‑stack features when needed (primarily backend‑focused)Participate in code reviews and help improve overall code qualityTroubleshoot performance issues and optimize system reliabilityContribute to monitoring, logging, and observability (metrics, dashboards, alerts)Ensure solutions meet security and quality standardsQualificationsSolid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, data modeling, algorithms)Experience with at least one backend language (e.g., Go, Java, .NET)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and modern infrastructureExperience with CI/CD, testing, and modern development workflowsFamiliarity with Docker/Kubernetes and monitoring tools is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
