Our culture is rooted in ownership, accountability, and innovation, and we focus on delivering exceptional service while fostering continuous improvement.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead (Inbound–Outbound) (Level 5) to join our Clifton facility and serve as the tactical nexus of our warehouse floor. This Shift Lead role bridges operational strategy and front‐line execution. While it carries no formal HR or pay authority, it is a high‐impact leadership position requiring strong technical mastery and the ability to motivate teams in a high‐velocity environment.What You'll Do•Own labor allocation and task assignment, shifting associates between receiving, picking, and packing to resolve bottlenecks and meet Critical Pull Times.•Act as a player‐coach, providing real‐time feedback and hands‐on SOP training to associates.•Monitor departmental metrics in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including Units Per Hour (UPH), and provide detailed shift reporting to site leadership.•Lead daily stand‐ups and conduct regular 5S and safety audits to maintain a hazard‐free work environment.•Troubleshoot escalated issues such as inventory discrepancies and equipment failures to keep operations running smoothly.What You Bring•1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment, ideally in a lead or supervisory role.•High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or logistics/supply‐chain certification is a plus.•Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills and hands‐on experience with WMS platforms.•Ability to remain on your feet for 10–12 hour shifts and lift up to 49 lbs independently.•Flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Why Join Us•Clear development path toward salaried Area Management roles.•Authority to run the floor and make real‐time tactical decisions.•Exposure to advanced logistics technology and Operational Excellence (OPEX) practices.•Collaborative culture that values expertise and leads‐by‐example leadership.
