Coverage Needed Start Date: As soon as credentialed (minimum 60+ days) End Date: Ongoing availability for 12+ months Shifts: 8p-8a or 8a-8p Availability Requirement: Minimum of 5 shifts per month, preferably 8-10 Clinical Details Percent of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 17% Percent of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 17% Percent of ED Patients Transferred per Day: Less than 7% Annual volume: 18,527 (15-20 patients per shift per provider) Total Number of Beds: 11 Fast track in ED EMR: All Scripts/Paragon Will oversee APPs ED Physician writes orders for Admissions Deliveries Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery Consultants: Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist/Oncologist Requirements Provider must be available for nights and weekends OH state License required; will accept IMLC with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance COVID Vaccination Must be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM; no other certifications accepted ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Must have 2+ years of recent experience NRP Clean background Self-query NPDB
