Smith, PC* an established and growing 3 attorney family law firm in downtown Charlottesville, VA has been serving Central Virginia & Augusta County since 2005.Our growing firm is seeking a highly motivated family law litigation attorney with 5+ years of prior family law experience to join our busy practice as either a full time or part-time "of counsel" attorney. Position involves immediate case responsibility, court appearances, and direct client contact. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary attorney on a variety of family law cases from initial consultation to trial. Successful candidates must be able to multi task, have a positive attitude, and be committed to providing high quality client-focused professional services as part of a team.
